Terms of Service consist of ToS, price list and order form. Your order is serviced with the ToS that
are valid at the time of your payment. The Terms of Service are equal for any type of work. If what
you are looking for is not below here, feel free to ask me in Discord

RIGHTS TO USE AND PUBLICATION

✦ I, as the author of arts, have the right:
to use any artwork I created for presentation/publication in digital or printed form at a public gallery
✦ You, as the customer:
be mentioned in the details of the published work as the customer, along with information about the characters, its owners, etc.
can use the in any way, exception is commercial using (The use of artwork I create for your commercial purposes is discussed individually)
receive Hi-res artwork in png-file
cannot remove signatures and watermarks, which proves my authority, from the artwork I created
cannot publicise my artworks in other galleries without link on my profile (any)
cannot use artwork for AI for any reason

COMMISSIONING PROCESS

You contact me via Discord, Telegram or FA/DA notes and we discuss your
commission request, if necessary make edits like: changing the idea, price, deadline or etc. You make full prepaymant on my Boosty/ Hipolink or PayPal and I start draw.
✦ Sketch process: I draw simple sketch and show you, you make edits (if it needs). I make sketch more drawn and colour it and show you, you make edits (if it needs). In the end I shade this sketch and give you in png.
✦ Coloured lineart: I draw a sketch and show you, you make edits (if it needs). I draw line and colour the art and give you in png.
✦ Art with simple shading/full render art: I draw a sketch and show you, you make edits (if it needs). I draw line and colour the art and show you, you make edits (if it needs). In the end I shade the art and give you in png.You CAN ask me to show more W.I.P.s, it’s OK!About edits:
YOU MUST CLEARLY UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WANT OR COMPLETELY TRUST MY VISION AND STYLE
✦ Edits concerning coloring errors or character details are free
✦ The first 2 edits are free, then the price for each is $7
What do I mean? You should not send a bunch of edits separately, everything should be collected in one message, preferably with pictures of what you mean. That is, if there are five edits, you should send them to me right after the sketch (and these five edits will be counted as one edit), and not send them one by one when I corrected one. "Fix her head" will not be considered a normal edit. "Fix her head to make her look cuter, here is a picture" is considered a normal edit.
✦ Edits should not concern my style. I will not draw in the style of another artist or adjust the style to you. When ordering a commission from me, you must look at my examples and agree to get a similar result.
✦ Edits with requests to change the angle/pose, etc. are completely invalid. I send you a sketch of the pose and you can change it only 2 times. If on the third time you still do not like the pose, then you will have to pay 20% of the commission amount.My goal is not to make more money on you! I just want the work to be comfortable for me. I am not going to take money for each of your messages, I just ask you to treat me with respect and act according to business correspondence. I respect you in advance and ask the same in return.About Deadline:
✦ It is 2 month
✦ There may be problems due to unforeseen circumstances for no more than 2 months (except for situations that prevent me from making art on time (e.g. a broken arm, coma, death, exams, etc.)
✦ can be reduced to a maximum of one week for a surcharge of 80% of the commission
