RIGHTS TO USE AND PUBLICATION

✦ What I, as the artist, can do:
I keep the right to showcase my artworks in my portfolio, on websites, or in galleries✦ What you, as the commissioner, can do:
• Your name (or username) and info about the character(s) will be mentioned when the artwork is published
• You’ll receive the artwork in Hi-Res PNG and can use it for personal purposes: avatars, social media, profile decoration, etc.
• If you want to use the artwork commercially (merch, prints, ads), we’ll discuss it separately✦ What you cannot do:
• Remove my signature or watermark from the artwork
• Post my artwork in other galleries without linking back to my profile
• Use my artwork for AI purposes in any way

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

✦ Payment should be made within 48 hours (sometimes we can discuss a longer time if needed)
✦ The amount must match the price listed
✦ One person should make the payment, even for group commissionsPayment plans:

COMMISSION PROCESS

• You can contact me via Discord, Telegram, or FA/DA notes
We’ll discuss your commission request and, if needed, adjust things like the idea, price, or deadline
Once everything is agreed, you make full prepayment via PayPal and I start drawing✦ Sketch Process:
1. I draw a simple sketch and show it to you
2. You give feedback and request edits (if needed)
3. I refine the sketch, add color, and show it again
4. Final shading is done, and you receive the PNG✦ Coloured Lineart: 1. Sketch → feedback → corrections.
2. Draw lineart, color the artwork → PNG delivered✦ Full Render art:
1. Sketch → feedback → corrections.
2. Lineart + coloring → feedback → corrections.
3. Final shading → PNG delivered.You can ask to see more W.I.P.s at any stage, it’s totally fine!About edits:
✦ You must clearly know what you want or fully trust my style and vision
✦ Free edits: Coloring mistakes or character details.
✦ First 2 major edits are free; after that, $7 per edit
✦ How to send edits:
• Combine all edits into one message, ideally with pictures.
Example: “Fix her head” isn’t ok, but “Make her head cuter, here’s a reference” is super!
• Style edits are not allowed, I don’t copy other artists. You get artwork in my style, as shown in examples
• Pose/angle edits: Maximum 2 changes after sketch. A third change costs 20% of the commissionMy goal isn’t to charge for every message! I just want the process to be comfortable for both of us. Respect and friendly communication go a long way 💖Deadline:
✦ Standard: 31 days
✦ Unexpected issues (except serious emergencies like injury, exams, etc.) may extend the deadline by up to 31 days
✦ Shortening the deadline to 1 week is possible for an 80% surcharge
